  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 teaspoon pimentos
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • paprika (to garnish)

1. Cut egg lengthwise and remove yolk.

2. Mix yolk, pimentos, dry mustard, mayonnaise, and black pepper.

3. Place mixture inside egg whites in equal parts.

4. Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
