This traditional American barbecue sauce is good on chicken, spareribs and hamburgers as well as brisket sandwiches.
Ingredients

4) | 1/4 | cup | apple cider vinegar |

8) | 2 | tsp | dry mustard |
9) | 2 | tbsp | tomato paste |

Directions
1. Grate onion and mince garlic clove.
2. Heat all ingredients over low heat until butter is melted and onion and garlic are soft cooked.
3. Sauce is ready to use immediately, or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
