Ingredients

3) | 1/4 | cup | granulated sugar |
4) | 1/4 | tsp | baking powder |
5) | 1/4 | cup | 2% milk plus 1/4 cup water |
6) | 1 | tbsp | vegetable oil |
Directions
1. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Add milk and water.
2. Add more water for thinner pancakes or less for thicker pancakes.
3. Heat oil in a skillet or on a griddle. Pour ¼ cup batter on griddle.
4. Cook until brown, turning on each side.
