Hot Spiced Apple Juice

Apple juice made more exciting with the addition of spices. A perfect beverage to sip when the autumn afternoon runs chilly. Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients:
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 4 cinnamon sticks, broken
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • 1 quart unsweetened apple
Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in saucepan.

2. Slowly bring to boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Strain and serve in cups.
