Directions

1. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Add milk and water.

2. Add more water for thinner pancakes or less for thicker pancakes.

3. Heat oil in a skillet or on a griddle. Pour ¼ cup batter on griddle.

4. Cook until brown, turning on each side.
